Census 2022 figures published today, Thursday 27th July, on Housing in Ireland shows that 20% of dwellings headed by someone aged 65 and over have no internet connection of any kind. This rate is higher among this age cohort who are living alone at 34%. Irish Rural Link have raised concerns on these figures. You can read full press statement here
