DIGITAL COMPETENCES AND SKILLS: Consortium in Budapest (HU) for the 3rd Meeting of DELSA, an Erasmus+ Project

Along with 7 Partners from 6 European Countries – Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain – Consortium was present at the 3rd Meeting of DELSA – Digital Empowerment for Low Skilled Adults – a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education, hosted by Hungarian Partner Learning Innovation in Budapest on October 15th.
DELSA addresses the issue of low digital competences and skills and will develop immediate and concrete training and educational resources to advance digital abilities of low skilled adults.
Such productive meeting saw Partners take stock of the implementation of the platform as well as discussing topics related to information and data literacy, how to improve communication and collaborations, thorough problem solving in digital content creation plus the finalising of the final version of the training courses. Administrative and technical aspect were also dealt with along with Dissemination and Exploitation phase, paramount to the visibility of the project.

DIGITAL COMPETENCES AND SKILLS: Consortium in Pescara for the 2nd Meeting of DELSA, an Erasmus+ Project

8 Partners from 6 European Countries – Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain – were hosted by IDP in Pescara on May 28th, 2019 for the 2nd Meeting of DELSA – Digital Empowerment for Low Skilled Adults, a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education.
DELSA addresses the issue of low digital competences and skills and will develop immediate and concrete training and educational resources to advance digital abilities of low skilled adults.
During the meeting, the Partners started off discussing the training module’s structure and content in DELSA available in 5 languages. Each Partner made a presentation of their current status regarding digitalisation and how to improve Adult Education system via a proper strategy. Also administrative aspects were brought up as well as dissemination, exploitation, visibility and quality assurance matters were discussed.

DELSA consortium were in Brussels for the Kick Off Meeting of DELSA, an Erasmus+ Project

8 Partners from 6 European Countries (Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain) were hosted by IHF asbl in Brussels on 6th December, 2018 for the Kick Off Meeting of DELSA – Digital Empowerment for Low Skilled Adults, a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education.
DELSA addresses the issue of low digital competences and skills and will develop immediate and concrete training and educational resources to advance digital abilities of low skilled adults.
Such resources will be defined according to an accurate evidence-based assessment, ensuring a bottom-up approach which will produce outcomes fully relevant and consistent with the actual needs of the target group.
During the meeting, the Partners had the opportunity to introduce themselves and got to know each other in depth. After the presentation, an overview of DELSA was given and all Partners agreed upon the URL websites and Project logo.
The Consortium kick-started the project implementation by planning specific activities to analyse the phenomenon and produce project outputs. Then, Partners outlined Dissemination activities by agreeing on the use of both Online and Offline means to give great visibility to project actions and results. Multiplier Events in each project country are envisioned during the DELSA lifetime to foster project visibility and to spread its methodology and outputs.
